Donald Baker

CPA (MBA) - Owner

Don was born and raised in Hamilton. He is a graduate of Miami University with a B.S. degree in Accounting. He also has a Masters Degree from Xavier University with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has been in business since 1986. He is very involved in the community, having been president of the Boys and Girls Club, Treasurer of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce and a past member of the Hamilton Rotary. When he isn’t working he enjoys exercising, traveling and spending time with his family. His wife Judith was also born and raised in Hamilton. He is a member of the Hamilton High School Sports Hall of Fame.

Karen E. Baker

CPA (MBA) - Owner

Karen was born and raised in Hamilton and boasts 34 years of public accounting experience. She is a graduate of Miami University with a B.A. degree in Business Psychology, and she also holds an MBA from Xavier University with a concentration in Taxation.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and is incredibly involved in the community, currently serving as the CFO for both the YWCA of Hamilton and Envision Partnerships. Additionally, Karen is the Treasurer/Secretary of the McCullough-Hyde Foundation and the Treasurer for both ShareFest Oxford and the Hamilton Rotary Club, while also serving as a board member for the Caring Closet. She is a member of the AICPA and the OSCPA.



When she isn’t working, she enjoys sports, boating, camping, music, and hanging out with friends and family. A standout athlete, she was a four-year letter winner at Miami University and is a proud member of both the Hamilton High School Sports Hall of Fame and the Butler County Softball Hall of Fame.
